History

Kedai Kaki Lelong™ was established as early as 1995 in the Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya.

We sold everything from shoes to stoves and office furniture to kitchen equipment. In 2008, our growth took an extraordinary leap after launching another location in Kelana Jaya with over 2 acres of used and auctioned items.

After operating from Amcorp and the Ara Damansara warehouse for 4 years, Kedai Kaki Lelong™ decided to move out of its Amcorp Mall and Kelana Jaya operations to larger showrooms and we opened a 3-storey showroom of roughly 2 acres in Section 19, Petaling Jaya and a new warehouse in Ara Damansara with over 3 acres of space to accommodate our need for space. Finally, in 2014, another showroom of 2 acre in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur was opened as well to serve our customers even better.
Business continued to expand and grew into an international Sendirian Berhad, where customers and suppliers are outsourced locally and overseas.

Over the years, Kedai Kaki Lelong™ maintained our focus on company closeouts, inventory overstock, voluntarily liquidations, insurance and customs auctions nationally and internationally.

In fact, that principle provides a foundation for everything we do whereby we have a no nonsense approach to driving customer value. We are passionate about buying desirable new and pre-loved goods from all over the world and we sell them below market value.

Mission

Kedai Kaki Lelong  is a locally owned, independent wholesaler committed in offering a quality selection of affordable new, bargain, slightly used and quality furniture, as well as equipment and electrical items for customers of all ages and backgrounds and social standard.

We strive to provide and recycle high quality furniture and equipment to encourage the healthy exchange of goods by running several showrooms and warehouses in Malaysia, totaling more than 15 acres of valuable items in 5 locations.

Our vision is based upon customer and mutual respect which is the core principle that fuels our culture. We deliver unconditional respect for clients, respect for each other and respect for the communities we serve.
In all our dealings, our goal is to make clear promises and simply keep them.

Therefore we keep our communication lines as short as possible and deal with customers directly with our no-hassle straight forward approach.

We specialize in buying large volumes of inventory and selling them in smaller lots to small to medium scale businesses. We buy and sell products to and from hotels, restaurants and offices, overstock, closeouts, voluntarily liquidation, custom clearance, insurance claims and auctioned goods of any kind, anywhere, anytime.

Sustainability recycle reuse environment mission statement second hand

We recycle paper to reduce costs

Avoiding, reducing, reusing and recycling will lower costs. A few simple changes how we deal with paper, will involve our staff in environmentally friendly processes while saving money:

●  avoid using materials unnecessarily
●  reduce your paper by not printing emails
●  reuse paper by using the back of the paper
●  recycle by shredding excess paper – you could recycle this commercially or invite staff to take it home for their compost or use for package materials.
