Shipping & Return Policy

At Kedai Kaki Lelong we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Shipping and Returns Policy prior to making a purchase, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you to immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our outlets, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Shipping Time

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after confirmation.

Shipping Costs

We will charge you a minimum of RM 50 per shipment for transaction and shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular product(s), second items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All goods from Kedai Kaki Lelong are second hand goods, unless stated otherwise and are provided on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Once your order has been accepted by KKL Trading  Sdn. Bhd., return, exchange or refund is not allowed.

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within The Klang Valley, Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Other arrangements can be made upon request and upon approval of KKL Trading Sdn. Bhd only.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee (from received date) for defective products only.

Email your intent for a product return to return@kakilelong.com.

Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, we will collect a fee of RM 100 and we’ll exchange the defective product(s) within 10–15 working days if and when available or refund your payment within seventy two (72) hours except for the transaction and shipping fees charged which are non-refundable.
